How to combine several modules in one Bitrix solution?

Now I have 2 modules in the Bitrix Market and one standard site (all paid).
There are also requirements to combine these three solutions into one (that is, we formally install the site and must install these two modules in addition to it).
You can, of course, just add the installation of modules to the step of the wizard, but then, in my opinion, these modules will not be able to be updated through the Bitrix update system, since they were installed "by hand", and not through purchase in the market.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
