How to combine programming with study?

Physically, I can't do programming after my studies. In quarantine, he kept a very high bar (he could study all day).

Now I can’t do it, it’s even difficult to force myself. Postpone until summer? And do it in the summer? But then what is summer for, if there is almost no mental rest?

Any advice?

Plan a schedule and follow it. Include breaks and rest in your schedule. Keep in mind that the brain is able to concentrate no more than 15 minutes in a row, work, taking into account breaks, no more than 4 hours. Pay attention to labor protection rules. Do not forget about physical activity, eye training. Know that aerobic training before mental activity has a positive effect on its productivity and mood in general.
In short, lead a healthy + meaningful lifestyle. If you can explain to yourself what and why you are doing every second of your life, you can achieve any goal.

Yes, there is advice: Don't try to become a programmer, it's not for you.

The same story. Entered the university in the direction of Software Engineering. Most of the time is spent on mathematics and physics, I don’t know what I’m doing here. At night I try to do something in js, but compared to quarantine, it’s not at all the same. So buckle up, if you really love it, you'll learn.

It is clear that after the main studies you get tired, but when there is a goal to learn something, this does not stop me)))

I don’t know where to study so that there is less time and effort than, for example, a person who codes, combining it with his main job (of which there are plenty). Believe me, you have enough of both, and there will most likely not be a better opportunity for mastering something really useful.
Tip - find motivation. There you won’t have to force yourself, and you will draw up a schedule, and optimize your basic studies, and maybe you can think of something else. She will help... Didn't find it? Then it really isn't for you.

And I was engaged in programming, and then studied in the background ...

I left the honey as a paramedic, because. wanted to live, not postpone. I worked in an ambulance, then in the operating room. I learned to program while working. Now I work as a programmer. So I could not fully combine several types of simultaneous education. I can advise you to go to the toilet with a book. Audiobooks did not go in, only relaxing reading and general education. I also arranged weekly intensives with motivators (such as getting a job in a week) and on vacation.

Maybe a kick in the ass. Why do you need programming, the network is full of interesting ways to earn money.
