How to combine metrics from zabiks into one line?

The second day I'm fighting ..
There are two items in Zabix:
1) The percentage of completed tasks
2) The number of these same tasks
Zabiks is linked to grafana. The table is created, both metrics are thrown.
How to make metrics in one line? To have a format:
|Ivan Ivanov| 100%| 1337
Now it turns out only:
|Ivan Ivanov| 100%
|Ivan Ivanov| 1337
