How to combine devices with different static IPs into one network?

Hello.
There are 2 domestic devices with tightly screwed IP addresses 192.169.1.10 and 192.169.2.15, you need to combine them into one network and give them access from other PCs on the network.
I tried to set up the router to 192.169.0.1/16, but as a result, it’s better than setting up the 192.169.1.1/24 network and connecting only one device, I didn’t come. Is it possible to set up static routing in this case? In which direction to dig?

Most likely, in addition to the address, the /24 subnet mask and the default gateway are also fixed. Which is somewhat strange. A router or L3 switch will help you. Make a separate /24 subnet for each of these devices

Put a router in front of them and make nat netmap on it

You need a router that allows you to register multiple networks. The best way to do this is on Mikrotik.
You prescribe one network 192.169.1.00, put the IP address on the router in this network the one that is specified by the default gateway on your device. The second one is the same, only the network is 192.169.2.00.
You fasten the IP addresses on the Mikrotik to different ports, for example, to 2 and 3, throwing them out of the default bridge.
Find out what the mask and gateway are on these devices, there will be more clarity.
