How to color houses from lists in different colors using Maps API?

The task is to paint houses from different lists in different colors on one map.

Found a selection from 2GIS. But there is only one color. I did not find how to access the color.

Markers are not suitable. Polygons do not want a crutch.

What are the options? Maybe in Yandex or Google maps?
Maybe there are more convenient services for such a task, and even with saving the list?
