How to collect virtual ip on PfSense?

There is a small office with a working PF, which has only 2 WAN and LAN interfaces. But as it turned out that the number of ip for clients is not enough, and how did I understand that VIRTUAL IP is possible on PF, but just how to set it up so that even more clients can be connected? WAN comes with 192, and LAN with 10.

What mask do you have at 10? With 24 masks, you should have 253 clients crazy. ( https://ip-calculator.ru/#!ip=10.0.0.1/24)
When addresses run out, there are several options:
- change the network mask to 23 ( https://ip-calculator.ru/#!ip= 10.0.0.1/23). Not the best option.
- segment the network (vlan), create networks for different devices (VoIP phones, printers, thin clients, wifi devices).
If you make another virtual IP (alias) address on the same interface, what will you do with DCHP? It will not work on such a network.
