How to collect statistics from a screw print server?

Good afternoon.
Management is reviewing the budget, and wanted to count the leaves. I have a print server on Win 2008r2. Can anyone suggest what kind of software that can collect statistics on the number of printed pages, etc. As far as I understand, the print server itself should have built-in components that store such information for the last time - if so, can someone poke their noses on how to collect information directly from the print server (there are 3 print servers, all on Win2k8 r2) ?
