How to collect logins of subscribers of your channel (not group) to Telegram?

Tell me please! I can’t collect the logins of my channel subscribers in any way (I skated open, not private, I’m an admin). I use the manual from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9E5q5H-4_8Q
Used python and telethon. Everything works fine, but my channel is not in the list for parsing users (only sees the group). Checked on different accounts - everything is the same - does not see the channel.
