Error: The bot is already running. How to decide?

When I turn on the computer and write the code, everything is fine, but after the sleep mode, when you run the code, an error occurs:
A request to the Telegram API was unsuccessful. Error code: 409. Description: Conflict: terminated by other getUpdates request; make sure that only one bot instance is running.

As far as I understand the bot is already running. How to stop this process?
