I want to make a website dedicated to all aspects of programming with examples and practice exercises for certain programming languages. I need a lot of information. I need a parser/scraper to download articles on selected topics. So that there are "several practical tasks" and theoretical materials for each question. What free programs are the best.

You can write a script for Python, it will google information and parse the text.
