How to collect an audio-video stream from pictures and text using Gstreamer?

The bottom line is this: I want to make a minimalistic console video streamer that would hang somewhere in the background (or on a server without X) and give out an online image with all sorts of useful things and background music.
In terms of issuing online, it’s quite easy, there are suitable modules.
The problematic part is to assemble the correct pipeline from the pieces for issuing a stream with an image and sound. My best results in building pipelines now are the output of a static image from a file (imagefreeze) or the visualization of an incoming mp3 through built-in plugins (but without this very music) - according to the examples from the documentation.
Tell me, which way should I look? If somewhere there are suitable examples - poke your nose, I will be grateful. I will say thank you for the sensible manuals for gstreamer in Russian, which would fit my case (habr has already read =).
Also interested in gui pipeline editors for gstreamer. What is working up - looks like a long time dead, but even in this form could greatly help the cause.
Thank you for your attention.
