How to cluster data?

Clustering

The data is being uploaded to the server.
The data is being parsed.
The data is entered into mysql.
Then they are displayed to users.
The problem is that different data is written in one line in the source file and in an arbitrary form.
How can such data be recognized, clustered for a clear output to the user interface? So that the information is properly organized in columns and rows.
