It is better not to close individual pages through robots.txt.
Write in the header of these pages:

Use an SEO plugin like WordPress SEO by Yoast (one of the top 2 in the WP ecosystem, but unlike the All in one SEO mentioned above, it's free and doesn't give you a reminder to upgrade to the Pro version).
