How to clone win7 to external ssd usb3.1?

With the help of OAMEI, I cloned my win7 to an external ssd usb3 Transcend 120GB. But my BIOS does not see the disk at all. I read that the problem may be in the Legacy settings, but I don’t really understand what needs to be set there. I have HP Probook 455 G2

and synchronization software and settings transfer to help you ..
