How to clone VPS?
There is a Windows VPS with installed features, settings, etc.
I would like to completely clone the disk to another “clean” VPS. I can boot on both under Hiren Boot CD.
VPSs in different DCs. Datacenters and host machines are not mine ;-) Xen HVM virtualization, if that matters.
I would like to do this with as little gestures as possible.
Switching to Amazon does not offer - it's expensive for now.

There are probably two options:
1) Previously, either Ghost or Acronis seemed to be included in HBCD - try them ...
2) Contact the servicing DC to clone the VPS for you
...
Maybe just remove the system state + data using ntbackup and deploy it on a new machine?
Acronis can save an image to FTP.
1) boot on one
2) save the image to ftp
3) restore the image from ftp to the second.
In general, do not worry about Moscow, but ask the host for a disk image.
