How to clone Udemy?

After a long stagnation in studying web programming (3 years), I decided to file a pet project : an online learning system in a local network.
There are :

  • Desire to make your own portal/catalog with courses (accessible within the local network)
  • general knowledge of html/css, js, python (flask)
  • HDD on 1Tb with a lot of training lessons in mp4 format
  • Raspberry Pi4

So far, according to the manuals, "raspberry" is used more as a media server (transmission-daemon + RetroPie).
I want to use Nginx as a web server, Postgresql to store information about users and learning progress.
On the front end for the player - maybe Vue.js.
The back end is python (Flask).
Raising everything to node.js may be logical, but I'm not sure what I can pull .... I
like how Udemy is made.
Tell me what/where you can read on this issue. Working on this project, I think to swing my skills in development.
Then, if it drags on and tramples, then I am sure that it will not be a shame to show the project to a potential employer.
