How to clear route cache in Mikrotik?

After changing to a backup channel (netwatch), telephony problems appear. Packet Sniffer shows that the packets are coming from the IP of the main provider . After the reboot everything works fine, but after changing the channel the problem repeats.
Is there a way to clear the route cache in Mikrotik?

The cache of routes and the database of routing information in your case is updated (these databases are updated periodically and with any change in the routing table). Check the PBX settings (its public address), as well as your mangle, routing or sourcing rules.

I think it's not about Mikrotik, but about telephony. What do you have there? Asterisk?
give it a sip reload after the route change.
