How to clear redirect url cache?

To check the rules of the mod_rewrite module in the htaccess file, you must disable or be able to clear the redirect cache. Where and how to do it in windows?

To clear the redirect cache in Google Chrome:
1. Open a new tab
2. Open the developer console (press F12 or Ctrl+Shift+i)
3. Go to console settings and check "Disable cache" in the "Network" section.
4. In an open tab with an open console, open the site whose redirect has been cached.
5. Profit!
