How to clear local storage in phantomjs when running tests in codeception?

There is a single page application in Angular, JWT authorization, the token is stored in local storage. Before starting each acceptance test, there is a need to nail the token in a storage. Is there any possibility to do this? Google didn't answer the question..

The problem was solved simply - the WebDriver module settings flag 'restart' or 'clear_cookies' set to true resets localstorage.
