How to create classes in phpstorm?

Yesterday I watched a video, now I can’t find it, where the author, I work in PhpStorm, created php classes by calling a large panel in which I indicated the namespace and, it seems, even an expandable class.
Here's how to call such a window?

Right-click on the folder in which you want to create a class - New - PHP class.
