How to clear cache in opencart?

Cleared modifier cache.
Cache Status bar too.
Even through ftp deleted the cache (storage/modification/....).
But the two files that are in storage/modification/... do not change.
I accept any suggestions.

What are the two files?
Templates?
So you from do not "edit" in the theme editor
