How to clear ads on instagram feed?

Maybe there is some hidden setting that allows you not to show pictures that were not taken on the smartphone's camera. Or an alternative client that knows how to do this or recognizes ads and uploaded pictures and removes them from the feed, leaving only live photos.

There are no apps or settings. The most effective thing is to unsubscribe from those who throw advertising messages into your feed.
By the way, soon Instagram will officially run ads in feeds, from which it will be impossible to unsubscribe.
