How to prevent opening links in the built-in browser in android applications Instagram, FB, VK?

When following links in applications, the links open in the built-in browser, in which users are often not authorized, but use, for example, Chrome.
I think this cannot be influenced, but how at least to know that the page is open in the application, and not in an external browser?
Case: A link from Instagram leads to a site that implements VK OAuth authorization. And if the user has never logged in, he will have to enter the login and password from VK. If he opened the site immediately in chrome, then the authorization would simply ask to click Allow.

Phone settings - applications - find a regular browser - in its properties, delete the default settings.
The second option is to disable the opening of links in the application itself in the settings of the application itself.
For example, disable the built-in VK browser: Settings - General - Built-in browser.
