How to clean up Safari tabs in iCloud?

I use tab sync between iPhone and iPad. Yesterday, suddenly, several dozens of tabs appeared in the list of supposedly open Safari tabs on the iPhone, which were opened and closed back in November - January, they were not displayed before, but yesterday for some reason they appeared, while 6 tabs were actually open. If you try to close them from the iPad (or MacBook), there are 2 options - the tab immediately returns to the list or the tabs successfully "close" and disappear from the list, but after a while they reappear.
The question is - how to clean up the list of supposedly open tabs on the iPhone?

I solved the problem by exiting the Apple ID profile on the problem device, that is, on the iPhone. After that I went again - the tabs are synchronized correctly.
