Android -> Google
And so I used ownCloud at one time, but I don’t see the point in particular.
On Android, there is FolderSync, which unloads the folders and files I need according to the schedule where I need it (cloud, sftp, webdav, owncloud, etc.). Able to create folders on the recipient with the current date and time (folder name). Able to delete a folder on the source, after unloading. Able to "instant download" (not tested in action). In general, it is better to see for yourself.
Now the pipe is not rooted, so only some files are uploaded to the cloud (backups and exports from different programs, some programs store configs in their folders (I back them up) + various other files that I need. Of course, not as strong and paranoid girth as with root (below), but so far enough.
There was a root on the old phone, Titanium Backup made backups there and put it in a folder on a flash drive, and FolderSync uploaded it where necessary. Titanium also knows how to upload itself to dropbox and google drive (it seems to support something else). I also sometimes made a backup to a USB flash drive with nand handles, from where the same sync folder uploaded the data where necessary. This was more than enough for me.
