Part of the *.doc files on the SD card is not visible, what should I do?

I drop a folder on the smartphone's memory card (Android 2.3.3), in which there are about 50 * .doc files. When a smart phone is connected to a computer, all files are visible and open, but when accessing the memory card directly from the smartphone (I used TotalComander, XPlore, Es-Explorer and OliveOfficePremium), at best, 12 files are seen (random, out of order). I tried to overwrite these files using another PC, renamed the files in Latin, nothing helps. What to do, where to dig?

PS Actually, this question would not have appeared if I had not tried all the possible options that I could think of myself, including Google, so please treat with understanding, no matter how stupid this question may seem to you.

It is possible that there is damage to the file system.
You can try to scan the card with data recovery tools from corrupted partitions, such as R-Studio , ZAR , DiskInternals Partition Recovery , Essential Data ObjectRescue Professional , if the missing data has some value.

How old is the card? Maybe it's starting to curl up? Or, alternatively, reformat the card.

Check for a dot at the beginning of filenames (the presence of a dot is a hidden file)

You can also try Root Explorer as an option.

And if you split the folder into several? You say you can see 12 files. Split the folder into 5 by 10 files. Check if everything is visible. We will dance further from the new data.
