How to "clean up" a pdf and give it a different look?
I have a pdf obtained from a resource that is not allowed to be distributed on the Internet. A friend asked me to give him this pdf. Words of faith are not enough - I'm afraid pdf can leak into the network, although this is unlikely. In theory, some marks, markers, and who knows what else can be sewn into pdf.
Is there any program that is not very difficult to learn that is guaranteed to "clean" a pdf of any traces and give it a slightly different look? Since this is a scan, it has distinct features (wrinkle, creases, skew, ...). Perhaps this program will impose some kind of filter that will not interfere with reading, but will modify the document.
Looking forward to your advice, thanks.

Guarantees cannot be given here, because the number of protection methods can be huge.
