How to choose the right Wiki engine?

I write texts (short stories or poems and they are not in Russian but I also have works in Russian) :)
I need to create a Wiki site where I can post text + maybe a picture and then my users (readers) could not only read all this but also edit and translate and me and my team of moderators would accept these edits or reject them :)
I looked towards MediaWiki but it seemed difficult to me because I am far from programming I had experience working and creating a site on csm but in this case, this option does not suit me!
I would like a Wiki constructor or something quite simple to quickly raise a site where there will be just a bunch of pages with different texts and easy navigation for the user and it is possible to make changes :)
