On olx, the number of scammers is off scale. Seller rating or transaction history - absent as a phenomenon. The maximum that you can see - what kind of ad the author has at the moment.
Take better in normal stores. Prices can be compared via hotline or price.ua.
In some cases, it is more profitable to order from abroad, it can come out much cheaper even with delivery. Warranty is from the manufacturer only, of course.

I do not understand people who take 17 inch laptops. Do you really need a laptop or is it a PC? A 17-inch laptop is not mobile either, because where the hell are you taking it with you, and not a full-fledged PC. A laptop in the sense of mobility is a 12-14 inch 1.5kg maximum. And for this money you can assemble a PC and pick up exactly the hardware you need.
