How to choose the best LED lighting for monitor work?

At work, I spend a lot of time in front of a computer monitor. I love when there is a lot of light in the room, now I use an 85W energy-saving lamp suspended above the workplace. Having recently talked with one specialist, it turned out that fluorescent lamps are not very suitable for working with a monitor - the flickering of the lamp and the flickering of the monitor create something like a resonance, which ultimately does not affect vision in the best way. LED light sources are more suitable for this. Has anyone experienced similar lighting? Are there specialized lamps for working at a computer? What can you recommend? Interested in a source with a power of ~ 500W (in terms of conventional incandescent lamps) with a temperature close to sunlight (~ 7200K).

LSD monitors do not flicker in principle - even with a lamp, even with LED backlighting.
Fluorescent lamps-economy also do not flicker.
The "specialist" misled you - CRT monitors and fluorescent lamps with chokes flickered. Not your case?
If you are comfortable now, I see no reason to change anything.
