How to choose server hosting for a small android application?

Hello. I am developing a small android application. The application must connect to its server and exchange data. I wrote a small and not complicated server in Java SE, I need to upload it to some Java hosting. But on all java hostings that I found there are programs like tomcat. Advise some link to some hosting for JAVA SE without tomcat, or throw a link on how to run a normal console application on tomcat. And it would also be nice to point my finger at where to start learning Java EE. Thanks to all.

Thank you. This is probably the best option, my mistake was that I thought VPS was more expensive.
