How to choose pure Linux with Cortex A8 support for Java server and browser?

Hello. I have a device with STM32 controller. It is controlled by modbus java server, which has a web interface. So far, I'm working with a controller from a computer.
I want to connect a touchscreen. I need that when loading, the user sees only the loading process and immediately a full-screen interface like in ATMs and different terminals. I don't know yet how to do it.
To begin with, I need to pick up the easiest build of Linux without pre-installed programs, except with apt-get.
The main thing is that there should be support for:
1. JRE 8
2. Tomcat
3. A browser or a program that will expand to full screen, and inside it there will be a browser.
4. Touchscreen
5. SSH and/or VNC

PS: yes, you can still build gent, arch or lfs.
Lfs will be clean-clean (specific-specific)
