How to choose LED strip for PC?

Good afternoon. I have an msi b450 tomahawk max motherboard, I want to connect an LED strip to it to decorate the case and the table. You need to connect to the motherboard to synchronize the backlight. But I can’t understand the characteristics by which you need to choose, do you need adapters or something else? I asked for help from the support of stores, but they said that they did not understand how to connect to motherboards.
Here is the info from the manufacturer's website. 1643122623164713729.png
So I'm asking for help here)
Can you write me what to tell the seller in the store so that he gives exactly what you need? Or give a couple of links, preferably to Ukrainian sites.
Thank you very much for your help.

PS Yes, maybe the collective farm and someone does not like it, but I have such an opportunity only now and I want to use it)

Well, if you look, then you have a connector on the motherboard for connecting JRGB_1.

Maybe he's not the only one.
+ vidyaha supports backlighting as shown in the available materials on the Internet.
Exactly. Here's another one I found.

when choosing, it is quite difficult to confuse. JRGB - 4 contacts, and the remaining 2 types have only 3.
ATTENTION. - all conclusions are made based on the information received from you and materials from the Internet.
I myself carefully avoid devices with colored light bulbs, as I consider them useless.

Well, just google the type of tape and voila:

JRGB nafig, it's boring, you can plug one tape into one connector, which all glows in one color and can blink at a maximum.
You need JRAINBOW connector(s) and an addressable LED strip , then you can make a table of one color, a body of another color, or just do a running fire with different effects. by itself the addressable tape is noticeably more expensive.
And yes, the description for the motherboard indicates the maximum power for the tape, you should not exceed it.
