How to choose HTTP/2 request priority?

The site page is loaded with the first request, and the information associated with the user (likes) is the next. There are 20+ resources on the page - you can like each one. And now all 20+ requests for information about whether the user liked this resource or not fly away immediately after receiving the first answer.

If I put a delay on sending a request, will they have a lower priority in the list of all requests to the server? After all, this information is not so important. Let it be received as a last resort.

And in general, how is this problem with likes solved?
