How to choose an engine for an online store?

Hello
, The task is to develop a website with the following characteristics:
1. An online store with a shopping cart
2. Unique design
3. Full adaptability for mobile platforms (well, if possible, complex elements that are not needed in the mobile version can be removed)
4. Integration with 1C
5. Integration with AmoCRM
6. The product catalog has about 4000+ items
7. The ability to create static pages, that is:
- Home (with sliders, text, etc.)
- Contacts
- Landing pages for a specific product or just pages that will be used for promotion in the future requests)
- etc.
8. Ability to blog (= site news)
9. Payment for goods by card
10. Registration of users with the possibility of providing additional data to users after registration
11. Registration of legal entities / individuals
Most of all, integration with 1C / CRM worries. Does it make sense in this case to talk about WooCommerce? Of course, I saw a couple of plugins for 1C, but knowing WP, it seems to me that there are a lot of crutches in this regard.
And how much in your opinion (from what amount more precisely) will the high-quality development of such a store cost? Just not the quality that I offer the company for 10 thousand rubles, making a detailed list of what will be on the site (drop-down menu, basket, header, footer, sidebar, etc.)

Ideally 1C Bitrix. It can be modified for everything.
A cheaper option is Webasyst Shop-Script. Everything can be done too.
There is even a plugin for AmoCRM already ready. Looked just now.
I don't see the point of considering free.
I would do for 80-100 thousand on the Shop Script.

bitrix heavy, clumsy, expensive. there are even free cms that are superior to it. for example, I’ve been working with DotPlant2 lately , all the functions you are talking about are already implemented there, pull up any template, payment is also set up without problems, of the minuses I can name only the exactingness of hosting
