How to choose an antistatic spray for a cooler?

Good day.
Everyone advises to treat the cooler blades with an antistatic agent so that the dust does not stick so actively.
1. Which spray should I choose?
2. Is a clothing spray suitable or do I need a special one?
3. I don’t think you should spray on the radiator. IMHO the heat dissipation will decrease, but it can still increase?
4. Can any other parts of the laptop be splashed on the screen?

Today I got to figure out where the buzz came from in the computer, I decided to clean the dust for one thing.
In the end, the hards are to blame for the hum, but for one thing I removed the cooler from the radiator of the processor - since it is the loudest in terms of noise. He grabbed the first brush that came across - he used it to paint the shelf with water-based varnish. So a mountain of small polymer sawdust poured from it ... I took another brush, new and clean. I sweep them away - they crawl to the other side of the blade. The vacuum cleaner can hardly tear them off.
In general, I decided to take a chance - I sprayed antistatic clothes on the coolers, which I found with the girl. Just a pink can. Sprayed on all surfaces, waited until dry. It was possible to cope with this polymer dust. I also sprayed coolers that were blown in - the dust of them was also easier to remove. Let's see what happens, it doesn't seem to get worse)
All my coolers are BeQuiet, with their ribbed blades. In a couple of months I'll still get into the system unit - if I remember, I'll unsubscribe.

I have not heard about sprays, although pieces of iron in large quantities for work are spinning nearby. The solution for dust for us is an air compressor, well, or a home version of a can of compressed air, normal (oddly enough) is made by the defender
