How to choose a voice recorder

Good evening.
I would like to buy a voice recorder. Goals - recording lectures and own thoughts (otherwise it's too lazy to get the PDA every time). Accordingly, apparently, directional recording is required (although today I tried not my Panasonic RR-US450 without the Zoom function - it did a great job) and a quick turn on (or even activation by voice). I also want: connection to a computer (USB), recording to MP3, built-in speaker and headphone output (only for listening to recordings), several folders, erasing recordings. Required: the ability to work without third-party software (for example, be recognized as a flash drive or have a built-in firewood, like Yota Modem)
What to look for? What manufacturers do you recommend, models? Budget - about 2 tr.
UPDI know about the market, I already set the parameters I like, but I want to hear about manufacturers or personal experience with models.
