In the controller, an image is set, conditionally, 50 pixels in size, and on the page it is displayed with a size of 200 pixels. This results in a blurry image.
I advise you to hire some Opencart specialist, because in each specific situation the solution may be different. It is possible that the image sizes can be adjusted in the settings of a specific module, it is also possible that the general Opencart settings are used. In the same way, it is possible that the dimensions are written directly in the code. I'll warn you right away, I'm not hiring.
By the way, as I understand from the screenshot, you can start with the settings of the “Recommended” module (or whatever it is called in Russian - I don’t remember). It seems to be the size of the pictures. Just fill in the dimensions that match what is visible on the page.

did you set the image sizes in the admin panel to the same ones that the layout designer prepared in the template? (system - settings - change - images - sizes here. In the template, using the developer console in the browser, you can see what sizes are displayed)
