The issue with the phone is purely individual, it is especially important to decide on the screen size.
Someone likes no more than 4.5 inches, while the other does not consider a diagonal less than 5.5.
I recommend going through the sites of group purchases in China, up to 15 thousand rubles there is a good selection of fairly well-known brands. Xiaomi, Lenovo, Huawei, Nubia.

The best option is changed every six months, if not more often.
I have two phones, I recently bought myself this one: www.ulmart.ru/goods/810164 - it is now the main one.
Pros: large screen of good quality, capacious battery, enough memory to run the applications I need (my second phone, Fly IQ4411, did not have enough memory, applications kept restarting, which negatively affected battery life), LTE support, price. I did not want to buy a phablet until I saw the price - for the money there is simply no better option.
