How to choose a laptop for studying in the field of IT?

In a couple of months I will study in the field of IT at the Faculty of VTIPO. So far I am a complete zero in programming, but I need a laptop for 3-4 years . I searched a lot on the Internet for information about this and people say the following:
1. The percentage must be at least i5, preferably the latest generation.
2. SSD and 16GB of RAM are a must have, and you can't do without them.
3. A discrete graphics card is not really needed.
4. IPS screen is desirable and the keyboard is comfortable.

The hospital is not suitable, since it will be necessary to go to the university every day. My budget is about 60,000 rubles + - 2000 rubles, if the overpayment is justified. So far, I have looked at Huawei matebook 13 2020. And I’m still thinking a little about buying a gaming one, but not quite with a gaming design and huge weight.

Advise the best options for the money, whether it's gaming or ultrabook. I can order FROM China or FROM Germany (ComputerUniverse).

Take a closer look at the Lenovo Legion line. These are gaming laptops that are just right for all parameters, there are different configurations.

I graduated from the 3rd course at MIREA in IT specialty and at the beginning of my studies I had the same question. Then I bought myself ASUS with an 8GB HDD and a top-end video card, then NVideo, it cost about 70. In short, it was not enough. Its chapel was 4 virtual machines (3 win and 1 kali), it started to be terribly stupid, and after the next update of the main Windows 10, it became very difficult to turn on. As a result, additional expenses were required - a 4GB RAM bar and an SSD with scallops instead of a DVD drive.
During this time, I was lucky to use a Lenovo ThinkPad at work, and indeed a lot of IT acquaintances use either it or a Mac. The device is powerful and durable (tested). Therefore, I would take it for study, for example - Lenovo ThinkPad E14 laptop . Yes, more expensive than your budget, but I think it's worth it.
