How to choose a high current stabilization circuit?

There is a 60 volt power supply, powerful, made of two latres (with decoupling).
It is necessary to charge a 13s8p battery from it (Li-Ion at 48 volts).
Interested in a simple current stabilization circuit ..
It would be great if it was controlled from the controller. I'll write the program, I don't have enough brains to figure out the circuitry. The currents will creep at 20 amperes .. well, picking up a suitable transistor, I think, is not a problem. I can't figure out what sem to apply.

Is 20 amps for battery charging? Or what will be removed from the battery?
Don't want to take 8 amp charge current? Then you can take ready-made solutions from TI

you can look for a specialized controller (applied to a set with a motor-wheel), although it costs like an interplanetary starship.
You can do a primitive charge. PWM on MK with any transistor and three sensors: current, voltage, temperature.
Li-Ion batteries are charged as follows - first with a stable current, then with a stable voltage until the current drops to 0.
