Go to any security systems store in your city - there are usually sane consultants. When I was interested in this topic (it was necessary, but not for protection), I realized that nothing good would come out cheaper than 10K (I'm talking about the complex: device + sensors + radio alarm button).

In any case, the thieves have 10 minutes in reserve (this is not a city, and a guard outfit armed to the teeth will not arrive in 2 minutes) - during this time the most valuable thing can be carried away. It is better to save money and put a good camera that takes pictures (activated by motion) and uploads this case to the cloud. At least some evidence base on the villains.
