How can I make the lines that divide the screen into 4 equal parts visible on the monitor screen when recording video from a webcam?

Father works as a miller.
The equipment is quite old, so we decided to create such an apparatus for more accurate running-in of parts. This requires a monitor screen, a connected webcam. But the most important thing is that there should be a crosshair in the center of the screen like a sight.
I would like to know if there is a solution to this problem in any form? (camera software, monitor software)
