Hello. In general, the choice of a monitor and its assessment is a very subjective thing, so I advise you to first look at the monitors and reviews on them, and then go to the store and choose the one you like. (You also didn't specify the resolution, price range, matrix type, etc.) I haven't used the 23-inch ones, but I use the 24-inch Dell P2416D . IMHO. A good monitor, high resolution (2560 * 1440), ips matrix (the picture is pleasant, the eyes do not get tired), 5 usb ports,
a strong metal base (reliably), adjustment options, an adequate price. Just be prepared for the fact that everyone here will express their opinion.

Yes, of course everyone will have their own opinion. I myself recently chose a replacement for an old monitor with a TN matrix, settled on Philips 246E7QDAB , 23.6", IPS, I'm satisfied.
