How to choose a directory to synchronize source files with github?

Executed from the folder where I would like the project to be, repo sync downloads everything directly to the home directory. There are two questions: firstly, how to set a directory for synchronization, and secondly, how to remove all this horror now? >_

rm -r ~/.repo //Careful =\
cd ~/android
repo init -u git://github.com/CyanogenMod/android.git -b cm-10.2 --reference="~/android/"
