How to choose a CMS for a one-page site + blog?

Hello.
I understand that this question has been asked many times, but I still haven’t found a clear answer, so please don’t throw stones, but help with the answer :)
The task is to choose a CMS for a landing page of approximately this format + a blog in the subdirectory (domain.com/blog).
What will be in addition to the main page:
- registration, password recovery form, etc.
- personal account, it has 3-4 nested pages
- FAQ (essentially just another page)
Requirements:

• SEO friendly out of the box
  
• The ability to quickly and easily edit content both on the blog and on other pages
  
• (important) Easy ability to pull your own layout on CMS
  

Prior to that, I used WordPress for a content project, I was more than completely satisfied.
I definitely plan to use WordPress for a blog, the question is - to raise it as a CMS, separate from the site, or to combine everything together?
My thoughts are as follows: WordPress was originally designed for blogs, and now the need for a landing page as the main + back office is added to the conditions, and for some reason it seems to me that it is not very suitable (correct if I'm wrong) for current purposes .
