How to choose a BEM class name for blocks that have different meanings but look the same?

There are two blocks - lists of links-images. They look the same, but one has the heading "Our partners" and the other has the heading "They write about us." Is it correct to create an image-links block? Or how to solve such problems? When blocks have different meanings, but look the same.
