No way. Wifi is a shared medium, anyone can read it. Another thing is that reading and deciphering are two different things.

If you have access to the router settings, you can go to the router settings. If you are on your phone, then you can find the login gateway along this path wifi networks\u003e your network\u003e network settings and there you will already find "Gateway xxx.xxx.x.x"
To look at the gateway to connect on your computer, go to the Network and Sharing Center access > properties of your network > more (May be called differently) and there you will also find the "Gateway xxx.xxx.x.x" itself

as one of the simple options, check the mac address of the gateway on the potentially listening device with the real mac address of the router, if they differ, then it is obvious that the traffic from this device is being listened to..
