Someone tell me the way. How can I check the numbers (somewhere around 1000) for using whatsapp? And is it possible?

Programmatically with api everything seems to be bad .
We generate a csv file with phones, import it into Google contacts, load it on the phone.
We launch whatsapp and look at contacts.
