How to work with third party API from Yii2?

Good day to all.
There is a project on Yii2. The mobile application pulls methods through the API and receives a response.
There was a need to work with Wowza Streaming Engine which has its own API.
How, by means of Yii2, it is possible to pull third-party API methods?
I have no idea which way to dig.
I would be very grateful for the code example.

Just found a native for Yii2
https://github.com/yiisoft/yii2-httpclient
Tested - it works properly, and pretty fast.
